E-conveyancing

In keeping with the adaptability of this firm to modern practices, we have undergone training in the system of E-conveyancing based on the PEXA system.

This system has been gradually introduced throughout Australia in the past 2 or 3 years and soon electronic conveyancing will be the only way to undertake real property transactions.

We have carefully positioned our firm by undertaking this training as soon as possible so as to take advantage of this transition.  We have already successfully used e-conveyancing in residential transactions.
